EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
Thanks for shopping at Consuming Fire Apparel store.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 15 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have a note attached with either refund request or exchange details.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method - exchanges will be shipped out as soon as we receive the item and inspect it.
Each order will receive tracking information with US postal service via email they provided.
Orders will be processed usually within 24-72 hours of ordering and usually arrive if in the US within 3-5 days of shipping.
Holidays please expect a possible slight delay as everything is made in house and orders increase greatly.
Consuming Fire Apparel is not responsible for:
Delays in USPS or UPS shipping
International duties or custom charges
Lost or damaged or marked delivered items
